Interdisciplinary artist with a BFA in Film, Animation and Video and Open Media concentration from the Rhode Island School of Design.
Sarah Fenster is an interdisciplinary artist and community builder with a BFA in Film, Animation and Video and an Open Media concentration from the Rhode Island School of Design. She works within a Jewish cultural context to explore familial and communal histories, connection to land, womanhood, and ritual practices. She aims to make accessible work which sparks feelings of connection and catharsis.
Sarah's passion lies in using art and creative practice as a vehicle to build and enhance community, process complex emotions, explore new ideas, and bridge boundaries.
